Lots of memories with grandma and my girls. She had a very close relationship with both Mackenzie and Isabel. My favorite is the one we took in a photo booth at the movie theater after seeing Mama Mia 2. She was so happy.

The fact that Grandma got to know her great-grandkids so well -- even though you and I were later-in-life moms -- is one of the greatest blessings and I hold it very close to my heart.

My strongest memories of grandma are of her being goofy and fun. This photo was from a visit to Florida probably a couple of years after they moved there. She and Jenny and our mom and I went to Busch Gardens, I think. She's beautiful in this photo. We all laughed a lot.

This picture captures a lot about Grandma to me: her beautiful wallpaper and all the nice little items on the table, how gorgeous she is, and how happy with her family all around her. I don't remember which holiday this picture was from, but you can be sure the food was amazing, all the kids got presents and chocolate, and she was about to go into her room to find even more little treasures to give to us.
