We have two "mutt's" the boy dog is named, Snoopy and looks just like the cartoon dog, his sister's name is Lucy and she is a brindle. We did not adopt these dogs. Someone threw them away and they came up to our house starving and looking for love. We did not feed them or encourage them to hang out with us. (We lost the battle when our last dog "Booger" had to be put down because of kidney failure. I was determined not to ever go through that again. The heart break was too much. So... we tried not to look at these poor puppies, who had not home... They looked after each other, catching grass hoppers to eat and drinking from puddles when they could and sleeping curled up together and just trying their best to get us to be nice? Well after two weeks of watching I could no take it any longer so finally decided if they wanted to be our friend that much the least I could do was get them vet care and dog food??? So off to the Vet we went and found out they were 3 months old and they were "Litter Mates" Now they have a forever home and we enjoy taking walks together. They repay our love by being good watch dogs and making us laugh all the time.
