In loving memory of Verna Palmer born October 4th, 1959, and passed away August 22, 2016 at her residence with husband Brian Williams in Sacramento, California. Verna is survived by her daughter Rebecca (Michael) Duke and Six grand children of Cooper, Texas. Her mother Kay Anderson, sister Gloria Libert, and nephews Brian Rowell, and Randy Rowell(and their families). Also her nephew Jake Goodwin, and twin nieces Vandalia and Chelsea (children of Vernas deceased brother Jim Goodwin)(and their families). Aunt Wanda Decker, and cousins Gena and Angela. Also Cousins Tom Black and family. Verna also has stepchildren and grandchildren through her husband of 18 years, Louis Palmer that predeceased her, Kelly Palmer and her boys Billy and Steven. (many more I'm sure that I missed, Lots of loved ones) The Family thanks everyone for all God's Blessing, kinds words and condolences that have been expressed.
Memorial has not been established yet, but I'm thinking of fulfilling her request to have her ashes spread on Mt Seven in Williams Oregon and doing a very small get together at that time and place whenever I am able to make the trip. I will let everyone know when that will happen.
Thank you for all the expressed love and condolences, my mommy was a beautiful person, and will be missed very much. I'm proud to have been a part of her life and am honored to call her mom.
