My mom lit up every room she ever walked into. She was caring, generous, loving and beautiful inside and out.  A lover of animals, she regularly contributed to the ASPCA and various other animal rescue causes. If anyone needed help, she would do everything in her power to help them. She was also funny, smart and outgoing. I remember being embarrassed as a teenager when she always struck up conversations with strangers. But that was who she was. 

Born in Virginia, Mom spent most of her life in the Harford County/Baltimore County, MD areas. She spent her final years in Las Vegas, NV living out her dream of living in the desert.

She is survived by her only child, Tawnie Gainer and her husband Scott, along with her two beloved grandsons, Micah and Matthew. She is also survived by her mother, Regina (Myers) Berardi and her siblings, Bobby Linkous, Amy Linkous Kissel, Nicol Berardi-Pietrowicz and Tiffany Eller. She had many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly and was preceded in death by her father, Bobby Lee Linkous.
