When we went to Galveston, where Jessica and Christian were not happy and not letting everyone else be happy. Since Chase was being good and having fun, Jason P took him 'across the street' to get ice cream. Chase beamed with happiness the rest of the weekend because it was usually him in trouble. On the way back he talked about it a minimum of 3 times, as if to get confirmation that he got the ice cream because HE was the good one and THEY were not.

I loved it (and miss it so much) when he walked in the door in the evening after work or after being gone all day and said "momma" i that way. I wish I could explain it in a way you could hear it. like "maMAAH!" followed by that bear-hug when my forehead was in his chest and his awesome arms were around me.
