Tara, this is the perfect way to support your mom's wishes! What to say gosh I've known your mom since we were in fifth grade. She was a quiet, observing, strong woman. She made us laugh or rather laughed at us and our antics. She welcomed me into her house anytime and I knew she'd be there for me if I ever needed it. She will always hold a special place in my heart. If you need anything just say the word!

Mom hated memorial services so to respect her wishes and preferences, A private family/close friends dinner will be held at my mothers favorite spot during the summer, which was also her favorite time of the year. If you would like to attend, please contact Tara.

Hi Tara, i'm so sorry to learn of your mom's passing. We were great friends at Shaker (I moved to Newtonville in 1968) fond memories hanging at the Fisher house, taking your grandma to bingo, while your mom and I used to cruise the streets of Albany with the radio blaring! After graduation I lived with your mom and Kim for abit before moving back to Syracuse. We were in touch these last few years and I was hoping to see her when I was in Albany, she was in the hospital and not doing well...next time I reached out, she was living in Amsterdam. I assumed something was not right when I texted her a Happy Birthday greeting Friday. My thoughts and prayers to you all and may she be at peace. Barb Garr
