Carolina Lyles
Born July 19, 1929 in Amsterdam, Holland Mrs. Lyles. She owned and operated the Surfwind Motel in Surfside Beach, SC from 1972-1989. She was very proud of her German heritage and loved her family dearly. Mrs. Lyles enjoyed good food and good friends and was an exceptional cook. She also enjoyed long walks on the beach and no one could out-walk her!
