Our heartfelt sadness to have been introduced to David and very soon thereafter learn of his passing. We were honored to get to know David, though ever so briefly at our Cousin Eloise's wedding hosted by David and cousin Ed. The warmth of their home along with their sincere hospitality was an experience we will never forget. We continue to pray for David's soul and thank God David and Ed were able to find each other and as believers in the next world, will find each other again.

Ed, although we didn't know David well, we will always remember a kind, talented, distinguished man. Ron and I are so pleased that you found such an honorable person to share your life with. "His memory shall forever be a blessing." Love from Chris, Ron, our daughters Emily and Julia and from your Dad's cousin, Stella.

As first cousin and the unofficial genealogist of Edythe's family (Thompson), I was especially sad to learn of David's passing. It was way too soon, Ed. My personal prayers are for your deep grief now. May you feel the presence of the creator of all on the day of his memorial service. - Rev. William Thompson
