Todd Wygal
I met Richard in 1979, the year prior to marrying his daughter Dawn. He excepted me and treated me like one of his own sons. He was a loving and caring family man who never met a stranger. He was truly a man who loved God, family and country. He will be greatly missed.
Elaine Day
Richard loved his Bettye and loved his children and Grandchildren. He always talked to me about leaving a legacy for them of who he was and who his family had been. It was important to him those who came before him were known to those who came after him. He was also a good friend and will be deeply missed.
