What led to my attempt was that i felt I was no good anymore, like I didn't matter, Im ugly and worthless. I have learned that obviously those are not true well at least the worthless one because I have 4 boys who need me constantly. EVERYONE IS SPECIAL IS THEIR OWN WAY! I struggle with depression, Ptsd,anxiety, and obesity And Im working on it
