Osisi George
Osisi George: I am sad that you left us so soon. Our meeting was short but full with knowledge and wisdom. Just when i felt like i have someone that i really needed in my life , i got the news that you left us. I wished that i spent more time with you. You touched my life with hopes and aspirations. I was looking forward to our next meeting which death has broken. I will miss you.
I am blessed to have a foot hold in your dynasty and that i will always treasure.
May your gentle soul rest in perfect Peace.
All will be well with you where ever you are. Amen. Fare well !!!!!!!

Our beloved Daddy and Mentor, we very gratefully give all the glory, praises and adoration to the Almighty Lord for the highly accomplished life you just concluded in this our world.
Awesome and very impactful !
You taught me and so many others in St. Anthony's College, Ubulu-Uju. In Academics, Sports, Counselling and all other extracurricular areas you played a most affectionate and life-lasting role. I recall I had chosen my subjects after my Mock exams in 1974 to pursue a possible Law program when you intervened so sternly - " Philip, why did you choose those subjects? I want you to be a Medical Doctor! Go now and change those subjects!"
And that was it ! I have been an accomplished Medical Doctor since June, 1982 without an atom of regret !!
What a fatherly touch and counsel !!!
After a long break, we only reunited in October last year in our beloved St. Anthony's College grounds for the celebration of her Diamond jubilee. It was so emotional and nostalgic especially with the esteemed presence of great personalities like Pa P.A. Dunkwu, K.K. Chimekwene, Cyril Ngemegwai and an array of very distinguished Old Anthonians and current students and staff. We were talking regularly thereafter and I even visited your home in Asaba with Francis Atuche. A planned second visit this last July could not hold because you were on admission in the Teaching hospital in Nnewi. You painstakingly yet so affectionately managed to speak with me from your hospital bed courtesy of your son, Eboka. What a show of love! I sure will cherish this for the rest of my life ! I never knew it will be our last earthly encounter !! But it's well and good enough. We return all glory to our good and ever faithful Lord.
We pray Him to grant your great soul a most deserved everlasting rest in His bosom in the precious Name of His beloved son Jesus Christ 🙏🏽.
Our most sincere condolences to your darling wife and lovely children and the entire Onukwu family.
