Elaine Cooper was a wonderful woman everybody liked her and she made you laugh and a mother of 4 and 18 grandkids. She helped raise some of her grandchildren. Born on 8/30 /1958. Died on 8/28/2016. She will be missed rest in peace I miss you mother and I love you.
