Donna Scott
Jay hired me into IBM and set the bar for every manager thereafter. He was a gentlemen and the 'Dad' of our ADP sales team family - showing us all by example how to manage with class and grace and support. Those days were decades ago but as dear to my heart as it were yesterday. He started a dynasty at that account and I will always remember and honor him as a role model and a friend. I suspect we'll all have a reunion in heaven some day - Robin will plan a kick-ass event, Gene and Jay will be sipping scotch, Stacey will be her bubbly self, and I will hug all of my good friends and thank them for being such a special part of my life.

Pam Christner
Pam and Jim Christner - My wife, Pam, and I were neighbors and close friends from childhood in Pittsburgh. We spent hours and hours together hanging out, tennis, double dating. Jay was our best man. He was my confidant while I was in Vietnam to whom I sent pictures and letters as Pam did not know what my true assignment was; Jay preceded me in Vietnam by three years. My most memorable thoughts of Jay are his love of his wife and his family. I know I should not put a question mark where there is a period. But, Jay was a great guy in so many, many ways. I wonder why? He just wasn't finished yet.

Laurie Crowley
May Jay only know how much we all loved him. May he somehow know that we will try our hardest to be there for his family and that we will always remember his smile and big heart. Our hugs and many blessings to Tonia, Jimmy and Liz. Our Love Always, Laurie, John and Daniel Crowley
