The David I knew and worked with at Roosevelt School was a kind person with a gentle spirit. He conducted himself in a professional manner and was a gentleman, I have fond memories of our many conversations together.

My heart goes out to his family and his wife. He will be missed.

Yesterday I was informed of David’s passing. It saddens me to read about his allegedly poor behavior which later lead to the revoking his teaching license. I met David 20+ years at Roosevelt School. He was my students’ ESL teacher and dear colleague. The David knew and remember was quiet, shy, thoughtful, respectful, caring and dedicated. Over the years I lost touch with David; however would run into each other at the District’s Professional Development workshops. He always greeted me with a warm smile.
I’m having a difficult time believing what he’s being accused of.
I can only speculate that David was not mentally well. May God grant you Peace. Forever in my thoughts and prayers.
