He was funny, he was fair, he was open-minded, and he was wise. He always said he was allergic to bulls**t. So am I.

What do you most want people in the future to know about Harold?

He was a WWII hero, soldier, and amphibious engineer who landed in Normandy on D-Day, but more important, he was and always will be my hero.

What did you learn from Harold?

That I was fortunate to have such an awesome dad. He wasn't perfect, but he was everything a father should be.
