Loving Brother


Bruce A. Cameron, 84, of Union, NJ, formerly of Springfield, passed peacefully on October 5, 2018. Born in Morristown, Bruce was raised in Millburn and Springfield, he and resided in Union for several years. Bruce served in the National Guard during the Korean Conflict from 1952-1960. He was a licensed electrical contractor and partner with Esilad Contractor’s in Summit for many years. Bruce was a life member, color guard commander, and past officer with the Springfield Elks Lodge #2004. He is pre-deceased by his brother, Clifford Cameron. Bruce is survived by his brother, Charles and Mary Cameron, 3 nieces, Catherine & John Wehrle, Patty & Ron Bromberg, Denise & David LaPoidevin, 11 grandnieces and grandnephews, and longtime friend, Elizabeth Droppa. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 11:15 am, with a gathering at 10:45 at St. Rose of Lima Church, Short Hills.
