Angela Barbera (nee Siccone), 94, of Union, NJ, passed away on Thursday, February 14, 2019, at Inglemoor Rehabilitation & Care Center, Livingston, NJ.

Angela was born on January 1, 1925, in Bloomfield, NJ and raised in Newark, NJ. She was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Marion (nee Brown) Siccone.

Angela raised her family in Union, NJ with her loving husband, Casey. She enjoyed hosting parties, cooking for her family and friends and playing canasta and mahjong. Angela will most be remembered for the great love she gave to her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She will always be admired for her strength through times of adversity and her positive, easy-going, fun-loving personality.

Angela was predeceased by her husband, Casey, and her daughter, Marian Lynn, and by her siblings, Patricia, Nicholas, Robert, Thomas, Marion and Florence. In addition, she is predeceased by long-time companion, Frank Barone.  She was the loving mother of Anne Pacifico (Andrew), Kathy Barbera and Kenny Barbera (Barbara) and cherished grandmother of Cara (Jim), Michael (Izzy), Steven (Dana), Nicole (Dan), Nicholas (Christine) and David as well as great-grandmother of Katie, Steven, Julie, Joey, Justin, Casey, Thomas, Dominic, Luca, Andrew and Matteo.  She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A visitation will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019, from 4:30-7:30 pm at Bradley, Haeberle & Barth Funeral Home, 1100 Pine Avenue, Union, NJ 07083. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:15 am on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at St. Michael The Archangel Church, 1212 Kelly Street, Union, NJ. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park, Union, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Angela’s memory may be made to Barnabas Hospice, Suite 300, 3rd Floor, 80 Main Street, West Orange, NJ 07052.
