Richard Perry Lewis, affectionately known as "Ricky" was born March 15, 1949 in Wilmington, N.C. Richard was the love of my life for 23 years. We enjoyed life together as we grew older together. Richard always believed in being happy and positive no matter what. I dearly love you sweetheart and I sorely miss you.
