This picture captures a lot about Grandma to me: her beautiful wallpaper and all the nice little items on the table, how gorgeous she is, and how happy with her family all around her. I don't remember which holiday this picture was from, but you can be sure the food was amazing, all the kids got presents and chocolate, and she was about to go into her room to find even more little treasures to give to us.

Grandma was the only person, besides Uncle Jeff, who would call me Kristie Jeanne. Grandma was always part of my life and a part of every Florida vacation. I will always be thankful for the times I got to see my own daughter be so loved by her just the way I always was. Her constant encouragement in my life will forever be missed. I love you Grandma...…..Kristie Jeanne

I want to invite folks to also add anything, including stories and old photos to the timeline. If you click Grandma's name, you enter the main page of her memorial. At the top is the Overview, Lifestory, LifeQs and LifeTimeline. You just click one of those. I offered a blurb about her birth as she shared it with me on her timeline. If folks have old photos from her early life and know when they took place, please add them to her timeline. Thank you all for sharing your thoughts and memories!

Mom, when she felt able to be her best self, and 15 years later, when that was no longer possible. Adjusting to life’s big and little losses, accepting the impermanence of everyone and everything, and experiencing the joys of who and what remains, these are essential to a fully lived life.
