What's the most significant lesson dad taught you?
Back in high school, a boyfriend dumped me for my younger sister and when my father saw me crying, he said, "Stop crying! So what if that boy likes your sister better. There are going to be boys who like you better than they like your sister. If everyone had the same taste in people, it would be boring."
