What's the most significant lesson dad taught you?
My dad sends me a weekly postcard. One week I received a postcard with a 1922 photo of pantless mountaineers, including George Mallory. On the back my dad had written, "Hi...just to say hello...and remind you to climb every mountain with your clothes on. Love Dad". This sums up my dads constant support of my travels and moves across the country and now around the world. "Be safe and have fun." That and the time he told me I should get a minivan as a twenty-something single women because they're so great for moving things. Love you Dad, but no way!!
