David A. Molek, 47 of Conneaut, Ohio passed away suddenly on July 2, 2016 in Cleveland, OH.

David was born on June 15th 1969 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was the youngest of 5 children and preceded in death by his mother, Clara Elizabeth Molek.

A full time employee of General Aluminum Mfg. of Conneaut Ohio, David is survived by his father, Bernard Molek, Sr. of Conneaut, Oh.; wife, Christine Molek of Cleveland, OH and his two sons, David and Christian Molek of Youngstown, OH.; brothers: Bernard Molek, Jr. and wife Peggy of Fairbank, Pa,; Bob Molek, Sr. of Colorado Springs, Co.; Richard Molek of Cleveland, Oh., sister: Victoria and Husband Bob Tiberi of Kingsville, Oh.; along with many nieces, nephews, close cousins, co-workers and friends.

David "Davey Crockett" Molek was a very kind and caring individual who loved his family and friends despite all his personal hardships and will be sorely missed by all.

Immediate family gathered, at Davids home in Conneaut, throughout the week following his death to reminisce and share the life he lived and lost along with their condolences.

Funeral Services were entrusted to: Funeral Director Darrin DeCooman for Cremation. A Private family memorial is being planned for a later date.
